Onsite Web Ordering Setup (Onsite QR)
Prerequisites
User must have a registered cashier terminal

STEP 1 – CREATE A WEB ORDER PROFILE

1. Go to RMS > POS > POS TERMINAL and Create a new Pos Terminal for WEB
ORDER.
*Only need to create one Dummy Terminal for online web order

2. Fill in the required details and make sure the POS TYPE & POS MODULE is set to
[Web Order] and The Layout Profile Id select [WO01A].

3. After you [SAVE] you will get the QR Image and Online Web Order URL link then
you can download the QR image or URL and attach to the advertisement
material later on.

4. Go to POS Settings > Functions > Web Order > Web Order UI (For Web) to set
up the setting for Web Order.
     4.1 Online order type mode the online order type service provided by the restaurant.
     4.2 Block pay later to block users for Pay Later option upon confirm order.
     4.3 Capture customer details enable the setting to allow the user fill in personal info upon confirm order.
     4.4 Welcome page
           media album Image photo show on Web Order main page after QR scan.
     4.5 Order page media album
           Image photo show on top of the order page.
          *To create new Media Album RMS > Common > Media Album
     4.6 Terms and conditions edit the text to customer company info at the bottom part of the message.

           COMPANY EMAIL
           CONTACT NUMBER
     4.7 Order confirmation message
           The message shows at the view cart page.
     4.8 Order submitted message
           The message shows at the Order Submitted page.
           *To create an organised and detailed message kindly refer to [Additional info].

5. Create or update Web Order menu POS > POS MENU
    Default Web Order menu: PRODUCT-WO.

6. Then press the [Publish Menus] at the Web Order POS Terminal.
    *Note: Any Changes or update the setting, menu and order message must
      Publish Menu If you didn’t [Publish Menu] the menu and settings will not
      update and apply to the web order.


STEP 2 – ENABLE WEB ORDER INFO TO CASHIER TERMINAL

1. Go to RMS > POS > POS TERMINAL and select the Cashier Terminal.

2. Next go to POS SETTINGS > FUNCTIONS > WEB ORDER > Web Order and fill in
    the required information and verify the Web Order URL is correct.
    2.1 To enable Online Web Order
         Web Order Mode select Zeoniq Web Order
         Web Order URL is https://weborder.zeoniq.com
   2.2 Web Order notify mode to enable the windows pc sending notifications.
         Speaker is needed for the notification sound.
   2.3 Auto process onsite web order
         has 4 options you may choose according to the requirement and situation.
            Manual
            No action will be taken when an order comes in.
            Auto
            The system will auto accept all the orders.
            Notify to printer
            The system will print the master slip after an order comes in and will not auto accept
            the order.
            Auto if paid
            The system only auto accepts the PAID status order, Unpaid order needs to manual
            accept.
2.4 Auto send online web orders
            Manual
            Manual send the kitchen slip.
            Auto
            System will auto send the order kitchen slip upon accept order.
   *(Apply the setting to all the Cashier POS Terminal of the outlet with Online Order status ON.)

STEP 3 – SETUP QR BUTTON FOR CASHIER POS

1. Go to RMS > POS > POS MENU and Select NUMPAD.

2. In the NUMPAD, select the empty button and edit.

3. Set the Function Id select one of the options as below.
1. WEBORDERQR *(The QR code will invalid after payment)
2. WEBORDERSTQR *(The QR code expired after a day)
3. WEBORDERSTQR2 *(The QR code will not expired)

STEP 4 – VERIFY, SYNC & TEST THE SETTINGS IN RMS & POS TERMINAL.

1. Access Cashier Terminal Front End POS.
2. Sync & Refresh the POS.
3. Go to HOME > SETUP > POS SETTINGS > FUNCTIONS > WEB ORDER and make sure the
information is correct, and make sure the Web Order Mode is Enabled.
4. Go to Menu and check the QR button and generate QR code to access the Web Order
Menu.
